“A Night in Merlin’s Castle”, based on the text written by Sandra Rodić Janković, was premiered 11 years ago in Little Theatre Duško Radović.   The play was prepared for the New Year holidays and was very successful, as evidenced by the impressive number of 150 performances. This year the play “A Night in Merlin’s Castle” was re-introduced in the repertoire. The play is about the wizard Merlin, the most powerful one among the fairies and elves who brings the wicked witch to trial, and invites the characters from the popular Walt Disney cartoons (Little Mermaid, the Beast, Hansel and Gretel, the Spirit of Aladdin's lamp, Sleeping Beauty, Cruella de Vil ...) to be witnesses. These popular characters decide, together with children (the audience), how the witch will be punished. The play has plenty of visual effects, songs and dance tunes. The show involves 8 actors, as well as pyrotechnists, animators and technical staff.
